Who can lead the validation?
Who can participate?

Along with good preparation, the people who lead and participate in validation can make a big difference to the quality of the outcome.
Throughout our Certificate IV in Training and Assessment course we often mention the six helpers – who, what, when, where, why and how.
Leading validation sessions on a weekly basis for our learners I found one of the contributing factors to a successful outcome is the resources used to structure validation sessions and record findings.
Our validation record uses the six helpers to provide opportunities for assessment improvement while meeting compliance obligations so sharing a copy of the template was one of the highlights of the webinar.
You can download the template here: Validation-Record-Template.
