The world of social media has opened up a whole new meaning to sayings like ‘word of mouth’. In the past our organisation has relied on our graduates word of mouth to spread the news of their learning experience. In fact for years we’ve spent little on advertising due to the strength of the positive outcomes we achieved with people being shared with others.

Good news travels fast, bad news travels faster!

Nothing has changed there. We are encouraged to have an opinion and provide a review for everything and it can spread from one side of the country to the other quicker than you can say Kookaburra. Good or bad, reviews can directly affect our decisions as consumers.

So what have others had to say about Accellier over the years?

The lowest google rating we have ever had was four stars (between you and I, as perfectionists, we took it pretty hard).

We are proud to say over 98% of our Google reviews are 5 star ratings.

Let’s start with the four star just so you know we are serious…

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mark

I found Accellier excellent on many fronts, firstly from my initial phone call, which I felt they were really interested in helping me, next, the customisation of the gap work required meant I did not have to do more work than necessary, next, it was reassuring receiving phone calls to clarify work required and receive regular feedback on work submitted. I would highly recommend Accellier to anyone.

So we are not quite sure why Mark only gave us 4 out of 5 and that’s the thing about reviews, is your perception of 4 stars the same as Marks? Maybe he is a tough cookie, maybe there was something we could have done better. So now you know that even our 4 star ratings are pretty good, here are some of our five star reviews.

Three Months ago I decided to come out of retirement and do a certificate IV. Googling RTO’s I got about a million hits but finally settled on the rather un-pronouncable name Accellier, don’t know why but I did. Well, I’ve made some bad decisions in my time, like buying a bit of the harbour bridge in Sydney from some guy, but Accellier was different, it was the best decision that I have ever made. So my thanks, millions of them, go to Paul, Jasmin and Ashley for making this journey fun and enjoyable. But here I have reserved a very special thank you to a very special and gifted trainer who went far beyond the call of duty to help and support me, the equally un-pronouncable Kim Vuong, to you a billion thanks.

Studied my TAE40110, TAE40116 & TAEDEL501 all online with this place from 2015 to 2020. The best RTO on the planet for these courses! Would recommend to anyone and planning in studying more here in the future. Paul is a legend!
