We explored the importance of Direct Instruction, particularly in adult learning, where misconceptions often prevail. We underscored the value of structured, guided learning experiences, debunking the myth that adult learners only benefit from ‘self-directed’ learning approaches. By embracing research-backed methodologies and sound principles like those of Barak Rosenshine, Richard E. Clark, Paul A.
