In this Accellier Community Professional Development Webinar, special guest Darlene McLennan, Manager of the Australian Disability Clearinghouse on Education and Training (ADCET) joins us to discuss supporting students with disability in Vocational Education and Training (VET).
In the webinar, Darlene emphasised the importance of creating a sense of belonging for students and addressing the barriers students may face. She discussed legal obligations under the Disability Standards for Education and the RTO Standards, and highlighted the benefits of Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
