Accellier is the provider of choice for thousands of people and hundreds of organisations in Australia and around the world. Under our former name SAVE Training, we built a solid foundation on which Accellier now stands, embodying almost 10 years of service to Australia’s Tertiary and Vocational Education Sector. As a testament to this, since our inception in 2010 we have spent only a few thousand dollars on advertising. Our clients are almost entirely referred from our happy graduates and business customers.
Accellier is the trading name of SAVE Training Pty Ltd and is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 32395) that offers a range of nationally recognised courses in education and business Australia wide through our online and face to face courses.
Our mission is to enhance people’s value through excellence in service and learning outcomes.
Are you over 45? You could access up to $2,200 in government funding towards a course with the Skills Checkpoint For Older Workers Program.
The Skills Checkpoint Program is a government funded initiative to help provide a pathway to new skills and opportunities for eligible individuals aged between 45 and 70 years.
If new skills are identified as adding value to your role and organisation, the incentive matches contributions dollar for dollar with employers, up to a maximum training cost value of $4,400 (equating to a $2,200 subsidy).
As providers of the Cert IV in Training and Assessment we find many of our graduates have priceless experience in their industry that only comes from years of hard work.
We explored the challenges and rewards of changing careers in a previous article Seeking New Career Opportunities with Sarah McKinna. The Skills Checkpoint program includes career assessment, one-on-one career guidance with an advisor and access to skills training to support you in a current role, a new role, or transition to a new career.
The program is available across Australia and is managed by two providers, BUSY at work and VERTO, depending on your state.
In addition to offering support and internal training programs they can also help you access up to $2,200 in funding for suitable training, such as the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with Accellier, if it is linked to your current job (e.g. upgrading skills), a future job opportunity, or an industry in demand.
There are a few eligibility requirements including being aged between 45 – 70, employed or recently unemployed (less than 9 months) and not receiving Australian Government employment assistance.
